Thanks to the Kiwanis Club of Farmington-Victor, Victor Hiking Trails, and Victor Parks and Recreation, today we unveiled Victor’s first Storywalk®. Please visit our Storywalk webpage at victorfarmingtonlibrary.org/storywalk for activities related to the first featured book, Kathleen Blasi’s “Hosea Plays On”, or stop at the Victor Municipal Park to enjoy the Storywalk® first hand.
If there is something you’d like to borrow that the Victor Farmington Library doesn’t have in stock, you can now request it from any library in the Pioneer Library System by placing it on hold. Items from other libraries will take longer to arrive than before COVID, so please plan on a wait of up to two weeks. We look forward to notifying you when your hold arrives. You can place items on hold using our Libby or Overdrive apps or by calling the library at (585) 924-2637.
In response to a recent study that shows the coronavirus can live on books and other materials for up to six days when those materials are stacked on top of each other, Victor Farmington Library will quarantine all returned items for 7 days, starting immediately.
As a result, items may remain on your card for 7 to 9 days after you return them. During this time no fines will accrue. Please call the library (585) 924-2637 with any questions.
